Hyderabad, India – August 1, 2025 – In a major shake-up following the first-ever Indian Racing League (IRL) Driver Draft, seasoned British racer Jon Lancaster has been confirmed as a marquee signing for the Hyderabad Black Birds ahead of the 2025 season.
Lancaster, who narrowly missed out on the IRL championship title in both 2023 and 2024 while racing for the Chennai Turbo Riders, brings with him a wealth of experience and an unwavering hunger for victory. His back-to-back runner-up finishes have cemented his reputation as one of the league’s most consistent and formidable competitors.
